Overview
RealCLIP stands for Realtors Community Listings Internet Portal. An internet portal is designed to give you a central location to house all your office listings. Once imported into the RealCLIP system an offices internet capabilities expand greatly.
Provide Realtors Websites
The office will be able to provide all realtors their own personalizable website. The realtor will be able to modify the look and feel and also selected parts of its content. It can be used as a resource for their customers to view listings. The listings have all the information the customer needs when researching the background of a potential buy. All websites created by the RealCLIP engine have proven to rank high with search engines like google. So you will know your customers are finding you when they are searching.
Do It Yourself and Do It Right
RealCLIP's main focus was to create a web-based content management system for realtors and realty offices. It allows agents to quickly and easily add and edit listings, interface with Google Maps and Google Earth, make their own webpages and have them look and feel exactly how they want without any programming or web knowledge. We've designed RealCLIP to be easy to use; and its easier then you'd think. We've built the system from the ground up with realtors in mind. Each step is explained with relevant examples and anyone with basic word processing skills will be able to take full advantage of the RealCLIP system.
Centralized Listings Database
Using this systems allows for your office to keep much more detailed information about each years listings. This data can be used to track progress of realtors. It could also be used to keep track of average time a listing took to sell during the year. These are just some of the reporting features available for your listings.

Don't let a potential lead go to waste because you could find a property. You will be able to use the RealCLIP Master Database to search for listings in other parts of the country. That way you can refer your clients to a realtor in another area and make sure they are in good hands.
